Crissa Joy Villanueva

I’m a hardworking, self-motivated, and reliable Computer Engineer who communicates well and works effectively both independently and in a team. I’m organized, detail-oriented, and able to stay focused under pressure to meet deadlines, with a strong foundation in mathematics for problem-solving. I’ve built my career around reliable system support, database accuracy, and practical automation.

In my work as an IT Officer/Development Office staff, I managed and maintained local government databases with accuracy and integrity, handled software updates and installations, and troubleshot issues to keep systems performing well. I also created and visualized data using Power BI, Excel, and Google Sheets, and supported relational databases with MySQL. More recently, as a Virtual Executive Assistant, I’ve supported remote administration while also assisting with automation and web scraping using Python, and developing/managing websites using WordPress and Joomla.
