Earlier, at HII — Newport News Shipbuilding, I supported defense shipbuilding procurement and negotiated a single procurement that resulted in approximately $1 million in savings.
My experience also includes UPS operations and supervisory roles, where I supported transportation, international, air, and customer-care operations. I hold a Virginia Contracting Associate (VCA) Certificate and am pursuing Virginia Contracting Officer (VCO) certification.
