What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead project planning, policy research, and monitoring for public investment programmes—coordinating stakeholders and supervising teams to deliver measurable outcomes aligned with strategic plans and effective process execution.

I’m a Project, Policy, Research, Business Management professional and analytical strategic thinker with a creative approach to problem solving. With over five (5) years Managerial experience and extensive project planning and analysis experience, I focus on delivering structured outcomes through sound governance and stakeholder alignment.

In my current role as a Senior Project Analyst (Substantive Post) and Acting Assistant Director (Ag.), I support the monitoring and implementation of projects under the Public Sector Investment Programme (P.S.I.P.). I provide policy guidance, supervise staff, review Cabinet Notes and related documents, and coordinate meetings, workshops, and engagement with Cabinet, Parliament, and Ministries.

I bring strong analytical and quality practices from across public investment management, including PSIP documents/reports, lending-agency discussions, MEAL knowledge, and careful supervision of subordinate officers. Alongside delivery work, I bring lecturing and mentoring experience in Project Management, Business Studies, and Computer Studies, pairing communication, leadership, and conflict resolution to help teams succeed.
