What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a Design Program Manager or Creative Project Manager role where I can sit close to the creative work and build the operational infrastructure around it. Ideally in-house at a product or brand company rather than consulting.

At Concentrix, I lead design operations and global resource planning for a distributed team of 60+ designers. I introduced skill-based allocation that increased design utilization from 64% to 76%.

I build the operational structure that helps design teams do strong work at scale, from standardized intake and cross-functional dashboards to capacity planning, governance, and executive reporting. I also manage annual program budgets exceeding $3 million while maintaining 95% on-time delivery.

At Concentrix, I optimized Figma design-to-engineering handoffs to reduce front-end rework and protect design system integrity; previously, I managed high-velocity web delivery at Blueriver and coordinated more than 200 digital product launches at Monotype.
