Corban Enam Bubutor

I’m a detail-oriented Data Analyst with a strong foundation in Mathematics and Economics, and hands-on experience in data collection, analysis, and visualization. I’m especially drawn to work where data can directly support informed decisions and policy development, including climate-related field research across all 16 regions of Ghana.

I’ve built practical impact by training others too—delivering a 6-phase Microsoft Excel curriculum and guiding students to create interactive Excel dashboards with KPI cards, charts, slicers, and data validation. I also delivered 12 live online sessions covering data science, AI, and practical data analysis for beginner learners, focusing on data collection, management, cleaning, descriptive statistics, visualization, and an introduction to machine learning.

In academic roles, I supported econometrics and data analytics by training students to use Excel, Python, R, and Stata for statistical and economic analysis. I also collaborated on the design and implementation of survey instruments for nationwide data collection, then worked on data cleaning and preprocessing workflows to ensure accuracy for advanced econometric and predictive modeling applications.

My project and field experience reinforces a strong data workflow mindset—from using digital collection tools like KoboToolbox for accurate, real-time capture and transmission to maintaining high-quality datasets for reporting and recommendations. I’ve also contributed to data science efforts such as UNICEF–PRIMSOM management/climate-related data collection support and “Heart Disease Prediction,” all driven by my commitment to reliable data and actionable insights.
