I’m a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and Certified Phlebotomist with experience in hospital settings, travel CNA assignments, and wound care support. I bring a strong bedside manner and a commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

In my current role as Office Manager | A New You Mobile Wound Clinic, I oversee daily clinic operations, patient coordination, and administrative functions. I collect, post, and submit insurance claims with accuracy and timeliness, completing insurance verification, IVR review, pre-certification, and pre-authorization to help prevent treatment delays.

I also provide direct patient care across residential and hospital environments—assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring and recording vital signs, and supporting safe patient transport and discharge. I check and document blood sugar readings and perform phlebotomy and specimen collection using proper safety and patient care procedures.

Across settings, I support wound care assistance, EKG lead placement assistance, infection prevention and control, and thorough documentation/charting. I’m at my best when I can combine clinical knowledge with business oversight to maintain organized workflows, support case management, and ensure a positive patient experience.
