At Vacasa, I manage corporate invoicing and accounts payable, including invoice review, vendor management, payment tracking and issue resolution. I progressed from processing approximately 50 invoices per week to handling up to 250 during peak seasons while maintaining other accounting and operational responsibilities.
I was selected to participate in the launch and training of an AI tool for invoicing, where I contributed operational expertise, identified inconsistencies and suggested improvements. My background also includes financial and administrative support at Caso y Cía SAC., as well as English–Spanish translation and interpretation work.
