At Godel Technologies, I built and supported software teams and client accounts, with 50+ specialists under management at peak. I helped grow teams from small starting groups into larger delivery organisations, including one account that reached 16+ specialists.
I managed delivery across multiple teams and client organisations, making risks and constraints visible through documentation, user stories, metrics and dashboards. I also co-developed account growth from mobile-only delivery into web and hybrid solutions as product needs changed.
Alongside delivery management, I've gained hands-on experience with AI, generative workflows and ComfyUI. I care about clients getting what they need and people being able to do their best work; my aim is to build teams that can keep the work moving after responsibilities are delegated.
