What I'm looking for

I’m looking to continue leading program protection and system security engineering for advanced defense platforms—driving CPI/criticality work, NIST/RMF-aligned documentation, cybersecurity architecture, and anti-tamper test planning with mission-driven teams.

I lead System Security Engineering and Program Protection work to support the Program Executive Office Integrated Warfare Systems, Above Water Sensors Directorate. I own cybersecurity engineering across design, program protection, anti-tamper, and system security—identifying Critical Program Information (CPI), running Criticality Analysis, developing security engineering contract language, writing security-based requirements, and embedding cybersecurity architecture into the systems engineering lifecycle.

Developer and signatory leadership is a core part of my work, including the Program Protection Plan, Cybersecurity Strategy, Test & Evaluation Program Protection, and Anti-Tamper Plan. Previously, I served as an Information System Security Engineer / Cyber Systems Analyst at the U.S. Coast Guard, updating Program Protection plans in step with Risk Management Framework (RMF) changes and integrating technical analysis into eMASS documentation, and earlier I supported tactical aircraft protection systems with RMF-focused cyber security efforts.
