At Microsoft, I built Model Context Protocol (MCP) extensibility experiences for Copilot Studio, including tool-creation wizards, connector quick-adds, and Activity Map visualizations that help agents discover and connect to external tools.
I also shipped end-to-end workflow sharing across Dataverse, Flow-RP, and Graph APIs, resolving asynchronous race conditions and connection-binding defects. I owned the Component Collections feature area with three other developers, building multi-step configuration wizards that kept component dependencies and state in sync.
At Nuance Communications, I served as technical lead for the Agent Desktop application and spearheaded Nina Coach, which passed conversations from automated Virtual Agents to live agents with context and suggested guidance. I also engineered secure co-browsing and launched Agent-Pushed Content for live chat.
On Job Hunter, I built an agentic job-search platform with a Python MCP server and a React/TypeScript app that uses Claude Code to score job fit and draft application materials for human review. I also built Plants, a plant-care dashboard with seasonal tracking, local weather, and Claude-assisted guidance.
