At Microsoft, I built AI agents and federated knowledge systems that improve how teams discover information, triage incidents, and maintain source quality. I shipped an ICM triage agent that cut on-call engineer queue time by over 50% and a proactive QA agent that raised preview-and-discover quality from 60% to over 90%.

As a founding engineer on Microsoft Agents 365, I helped take the product from design to launch in 71 days. I owned lifecycle components in the Microsoft Agents SDK across Python and C#, including registration, configuration, state persistence, graceful teardown, plugins, middleware, and multi-turn context management.

I build reliable developer platforms through REST and GraphQL APIs, microservices, semantic search, RAG patterns, automated testing, and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines. I also write API documentation, developer guides, and code samples, and contribute to design reviews around extensibility, versioning, and backward compatibility.

I'm also building Sentio, a full-stack AI-powered streaming recommendation platform using Next.js, React, TypeScript, Claude, PostgreSQL, Prisma, NextAuth, Stripe, TMDB, and serverless APIs. It delivers personalized recommendations from a curated catalog of 890+ titles with subscription management and watch-history-aware filtering.
