QA/QC-focused civil engineer delivering compliant construction for utility solar and infrastructure.
What I'm looking for
I’m a Licensed Civil Engineer with 5 years of experience across public and private construction projects, with 2 years dedicated to QA/QC. I focus on site inspection, quality control, material verification, and compliance with ASTM, ACI, and ISO standards to keep work aligned with project requirements.
In my current role as a QA/QC Engineer for Solenergy Systems Inc., I lead QA/QC execution for civil works in utility-scale solar projects, including roads, bridges, canals, cross drains, site development works, substations, E-house, and OHTL foundations. I establish and enforce compliance with IFC Drawings, project specifications, method statements (MS), ITPs, and applicable international/local codes and standards.
I review and approve technical submittals such as drawings, TDS, MS, QA/QC procedures, inspection checklists, and quality documentation. I also coordinate with project engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical conflicts, manage non-conformances, and address quality deviations.
I manage end-to-end QA/QC documentation—from inspection reports and NCR lifecycle tracking to CAPA, audit support, and turnover/hand-over dossiers for client acceptance. Previously, as a Project Engineer at A.B. Casiano, I supervised multiple infrastructure and private projects, coordinated site teams to keep schedule adherence, and supported budgeting through estimates, bill of quantities, and material take-offs.
