Civil engineer leading climate-resilient road and infrastructure projects and adaptation planning through technical advisory.
What I'm looking for
I’m a civil engineer specializing in climate-resilient road, building, and civil infrastructure delivery, with hands-on experience from emergency response through long-term infrastructure planning. Since October 2020, I’ve served as a lead engineer on projects including the Villa Boardwalk, Questelles Police Station Expansion, VINLEC PV Plant Access Road, and the York River Training Project in Campden Park.
I also contribute technical guidance at the national level, serving on a National Technical Advisory Committee on Climate Change from 2025 and supporting National Adaptation Plan and Sectoral Adaptation Plan processes. I prepare Environmental and Social Impact Assessments, support resilience initiatives during recovery programmes (including VEEP and BERRy), and worked in the Emergency Operation Center during the La Soufrière volcanic eruption of 2021—conducting damage assessment and producing recommendations to strengthen infrastructure.
