At LICA - Laboratoire d’Intelligence Collective et Artificielle, I designed and coordinated an application to map biodiversity from geolocated video. I developed an end-to-end machine-learning pipeline for plant detection and tracking, video processing, and integration with an identification API.
I trained, evaluated, and improved the reliability of the AI model using imperfect field data. I also structured the data, set up cloud storage, and supported reproducible deployment with Docker and Git.
At Artificial Intelligent Organism GmbH, I co-founded the organization and served as project manager for the design, prototyping, and modeling of an off-ground cultivation system. I planned technical and financial work, coordinated partners, and obtained European and private funding.
