What I'm looking for

I seek roles where I can provide child- and family-centered therapy, run training/workshops, support caregiver capacity, and contribute to trauma-informed programs in collaborative, growth-minded organizations.

I am a child and family therapist with over 10 years' experience supporting families from diverse backgrounds, including NGO-supported homes and expatriate communities in Kuala Lumpur and the Philippines. I employ child-centered and systemic approaches—using play therapy and trauma-informed methods—to address neglect, behavioral challenges, and family disconnection.

I have designed and implemented Employee Assistance Program services, conducted targeted play therapy caseloads, and led workshops on emotional regulation, anger management, and stress reduction for children, parents, teachers, and youth leaders. I combine clinical training (postgraduate diploma in Play Therapy, postgraduate certificate in Therapeutic Play, EMDR Level 1 trainee) with practical school- and community-based interventions.

I prioritize empowering caregivers through training and psychoeducation so they can become effective co-regulators for children. My practice focuses on rebuilding trust, strengthening relationships, and promoting resilience through a strengths-based, holistic approach.
