I'm seeking remote leadership roles building scalable Python/Django platforms, where I can coach teams, own end-to-end delivery, and drive high-impact product outcomes in autonomous, collaborative environments.

I'm a Senior Backend Engineer and Engineering Manager with extensive experience building scalable, production-ready SaaS platforms using Python and Django. I have led distributed engineering teams across five timezones and delivered core customer-facing features end-to-end.

I founded an edtech startup and co-founded Brazil's largest private tutoring marketplace, giving me hands-on product and technical leadership experience from idea to operation. I've owned architecture decisions involving AWS, PostgreSQL/MySQL, and event-driven systems.

At TestGorilla and Zenvia I implemented ATS integrations, microservices, and an Apache Kafka-based event-driven architecture, supporting high-throughput workloads such as a bulk SMS API processing 100 million messages monthly. I emphasize well-tested, predictable delivery and agile practices like XP and TDD.
