I’m an Attorney (Peru) with over 8 years of experience supporting a U.S. immigration law firm and managing complex immigration matters remotely from Lima, Peru. My practice focuses on removal defense, asylum applications, Cancellation of Removal (42B), U Visas, Employment Authorization Documents (EADs), adjustment of status, permanent residency applications, and I-601/I-601A waivers.

I prepare immigration court case packages end-to-end, including supporting evidence, legal briefs, motions, declarations, and client filings, while ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with filing requirements. I also supervise and train legal staff, monitor high-volume caseloads and deadlines, and collaborate closely with U.S.-based attorneys, with additional experience supporting personal injury matters through strong document management and client communication.
