In my current role as Project Coordinator at HESCO ENGINEERING SERVICES, I oversee technical documentation, drawing submittals, and compliance workflows for large-scale developments. I liaise between site engineers, consultants, and clients to ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables, while implementing digital archiving systems to streamline approval processes across departments. I also support construction teams with real-time updates, revisions, and stakeholder communication.

Previously, as Project Manager at ELIE SAAB BEIRUT, I led interior fit-out and architectural projects for flagship boutiques and international retail rollouts. I managed the full project lifecycle—preconstruction planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and closeout—while coordinating global stakeholders including designers, engineers, mall representatives, and brand executives. I spearheaded value engineering reviews to optimize cost without compromising design integrity, and I prepared detailed project documentation, RFIs, and change orders while reporting directly to the CEO on risk mitigation and milestone tracking.

Earlier in my career, I delivered concept-to-completion interior design projects across hospitality and residential work as a Freelance Interior Design Project Manager, producing mood boards, FF&E schedules, and 3D visualizations for client presentations. I also held senior roles at AWL CONTRACTING, IOC LEBANON, and LUSH BY NICOLAS MOUSSALLY, where I designed and executed commercial interiors, managed fit-out processes and custom millwork detailing, and advised clients on material selection, sustainability, and cost optimization. I bring strong communication, team leadership, and design drafting/rendering capabilities supported by tools like Autcad, 3dsmax, Vray, and Sketchup.
