I've reduced DSO from more than 90 days to 60 days across a $600M+ AR portfolio and cut debt overdue by more than 120 days by 55%, from $7.1M to $3.0M. I also accelerated Revenue Operations month-end close from business day 5 to business day 3.
I own the automation roadmap across AR and Billing, selecting HighRadius and implementing Panax, Paystand and Monto. My AI-powered cash application transformation replaced a fully manual process run by three specialists with an automated solution requiring 0.5 FTE while improving speed and accuracy.
Across Diligent, Planet Payment Group and RSA Insurance Ireland, I've led global teams, strengthened reconciliation and controls, and guided functions through shared-services transitions, acquisitions and organisational change.
