I'm currently owning delivery governance for Huawei Technologies Nigeria's national infrastructure upgrade programme for MTN, tracking scope, milestones, dependencies, technical standards, acceptance, and executive KPI reporting across multiple workstreams.

Previously, I led MTN's FTTH rollout across Ibadan and Lagos at Huawei, coordinating subcontractor teams, vendor scopes, resources, remote output tracking, milestone reporting, risk registers, and corrective action plans.

My work spans SLA-bound maintenance, fibre infrastructure, quality control, managed services, and public-sector delivery. At Concept Point, Telesuprecon, and WTES Projects, I managed client governance reporting, restoration targets, escalation workflows, civil works quality assurance, and fibre deployment projects for MTN, Airtel, and Lagos State Government.

I began in network operations, running 24/7 surveillance, incident response, fault analysis, root cause analysis, MTTR reporting, and change-management ticketing. I'm an Electrical/Electronic Engineering graduate and am completing an MBA in Project Management.
