I've built payment, wallet, lending, fraud-monitoring, and compliance platforms at DataServe AI, where I led backend technical direction and architecture. My work supported multiple Nigerian fintechs and a bank with real-time fraud scoring at 99.9% uptime.
I design systems that handle difficult financial and compliance workflows: configurable fraud rules, customer risk scoring, CDD/KYC onboarding, PEP and sanctions screening, and wallet infrastructure. I also built LLM-powered document intelligence and adverse-media pipelines using OCR, NLP, OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini, plus sub-second search across more than one million PEP and sanctions records.
Across Dedukt, Startupia, and Crop2Cash, I've automated lending workflows, built marketplace and crypto-wallet infrastructure, integrated banking and blockchain payment rails, and owned backend systems through production. I enjoy tracing root causes, tuning databases and queues, and moving work into background jobs so users do not wait.
