In my current role as a Sales Estimator, I perform detailed quantity takeoffs for insulation scopes on residential and commercial projects. I create accurate cost estimates, bid proposals, and scope management sheets based on project plans and site assessments, while evaluating site conditions, structural assemblies, and vendor material requirements. I communicate directly with contractors, builders, and property managers to clarify scope, pricing, and timelines, and I partner with production teams to align estimates with labor and installation schedules.

Previously, I served as a Project Manager / Estimator, estimating and managing residential new construction, remodels, and mechanical projects, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. I handled blueprint reading, subcontractor coordination, and change order review to keep scope, schedule, and budget on track, while delivering clear project updates and maintaining jobsite safety and productivity. Earlier experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator and Carpenter reinforced my hands-on understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and the details that drive accurate estimating and successful outcomes.
