At Credential Engine, I support external partners—including state administrators, government employees, universities, and adult learners—as they publish data to the credential registry. I perform data-quality checks, advise on regulatory compliance, and collaborate with Partnerships and Engineering to resolve data-system challenges.

I've designed and maintained Python scripts that transform course curriculum data into readable CSV files for registry uploads, and implemented a guidance site that helps partners use data guides. I also use Asana to organize statewide project work, deadlines, and weekly progress.

Previously at Gale, a Cengage Company, I used Salesforce data across 150+ customers to guide product strategy and increase customer interaction from 30% to 95% in my first year. I managed a $5 million statewide account, developed success plans and training materials, and partnered with product teams on customer-informed improvements.

My background also includes teaching, robotics and coding-club leadership, account management, insurance compliance, and client data reporting. I bring an education-focused, partner-centered approach to making complex data and systems more useful.
