I’ve spent 10+ years building security and identity management solutions across Microsoft ecosystems for retail, financial, fashion, and services clients. At SoftwareOne, I administer and deploy Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Defender XDR, Defender for Endpoint, and Microsoft Purview.
I designed Zero Trust strategies and Conditional Access policies, led Defender for Endpoint onboarding in multi-tenant environments, and implemented DLP and information classification with Microsoft Purview. I also automated security assessments and executive reporting using PowerShell and KQL, plus ran security maturity assessments and continuous improvement roadmaps.
