What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue teaching and leading in an equitable school community where I can strengthen mathematics instruction, support multilingual learners, collaborate on curriculum and data, and mentor developing educators.

I've taught Algebra I and eighth-grade mathematics, using standards-aligned curriculum, data-driven instruction, interactive lessons, and technology to support student growth. At West Philadelphia High School, I taught Algebra I through the IM curriculum and collaborated with staff on planning, equity, and data analysis.

I've also led curricular alignment and cross-planning for Algebra I teams, facilitated data meetings, mentored novice teachers, and built structured classroom routines. My work is grounded in equitable participation, language supports for multilingual learners, strong family communication, and individualized math intervention.
