At VWV Law, I led delivery work for the migration from LexisOne to Elite 3E. I introduced daily standups, consolidated backlogs and created a single source of truth for data mappings.

I led the team delivering the first full migration of legacy data to Elite 3E, coordinating VWV teams, an ETL consultancy and the platform vendor. The migration enabled end users to access the system and begin training.

At TSB, I led delivery of the replacement complaints platform, MMX, while supporting the existing platform’s day-to-day operation. I delivered the migration of over 2 million complaints cases and documents and managed go-live and stabilisation.

Earlier at TSB, I led delivery teams building the Enterprise Data Warehouse and managed BI reporting teams. At Age UK, I led development of a SQL Server reporting database that processed and cleansed supplier data feeds for reporting and analysis.
