At Socialise, I built SocialiseHub, an Electron app that cut event planning, writing, and publishing across Meetup, Eventbrite, and Headfirst Bristol from six hours to five minutes. Its AI features cost £0 per generation by using live data to create a prompt for the operator’s Claude subscription and validating the returned JSON.
I also built a production MCP server that lets Claude agents query databases, sync events, trigger automation, and publish content. After growing it to 110 tools, I found that extra tools beyond the first 20 made selection worse, so I scaled the surface back and scoped what each agent sees.
At Socialise, I architected a multi-agent development workflow across four codebases and deployed Claudia, an AI project manager that runs four scheduled routines without supervision. Its documented authority model includes a hard-deny list.
At Koffeecup, I led 12 engineers in the Meta VR ecosystem. I led a performance refactor that met Meta’s targets, built an asset validation tool that accelerated artist output by 50%, and architected QA tooling that accelerated testing velocity by about 10x; my IEEE-published work has 12 citations.
