What I'm looking for

I seek a QA role where I can lead testing activities, improve QA processes, expand automation (Cypress), and work in an Agile, collaborative environment focused on product quality and team development.

I am a detail-oriented and proactive QA Engineer with over 10 years of hands-on experience in manual testing across web, mobile and desktop applications. I have led QA teams, created test strategies and managed defect workflows to raise product quality and client satisfaction.

My background includes security software testing, regression and exploratory testing, cross-browser and mobile testing (iOS/Android), and basic SQL for back-end verification. I have introduced no-code automation solutions, used tools such as TestRail, Jira and BrowserStack, and collaborated closely with developers and clients to resolve issues.

I am focused on continuous improvement, team development and delivering reliable releases in Agile environments. I am currently expanding my automation skills with Cypress and seeking opportunities to apply my QA leadership and testing expertise to drive quality outcomes.
