I’m a results-oriented Clinical Project Management professional with 10+ years of experience managing global clinical research projects, vendor oversight, regulatory documentation, and cross-functional teams. I focus on delivering clinical studies and product development initiatives on time, within budget, and in compliance with FDA, EMA, ICH-GCP, and CDSCO guidance.
In my recent work, I lead CRO selection and oversight for BE, toxicity, and clinical trials, manage vendor contracts and study milestones, and support site initiation, monitoring, and close-out activities. I review protocols, study reports, eCTD/regulatory dossiers, and monitoring outputs to ensure data integrity and subject safety, while handling issue escalation and risk mitigation.
I bring strong medical writing and QA discipline—preparing protocols, ICFs, CSRs, and eCTD appendices, compiling dossiers, and managing regulatory queries.
