What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead enterprise application, IT governance, audit, risk, and financial systems initiatives where I can strengthen compliance, deliver complex integrations, and align technical teams with business stakeholders.

I've led enterprise application delivery, governance, and audit work for HDFC Life Insurance, including MPOWER, KORE, and Voice Logger solutions. I manage timelines, delivery risks, and a cross-functional team of 10+ members.

I conduct IT application audit reviews across change management, backup procedures, and user access reviews, while tracking vulnerability assessment remediations and evaluating identity governance tools. I work with business teams, technical teams, and audit bodies including ISO, IRDA, and KPMG to close findings and maintain compliance.

Previously, I led MFUND-to-SAP Treasury migration and Bloomberg integration at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, and managed SAP access, authorization, and batch-job governance. My background also includes application support, SQL database maintenance, Agile delivery, and stakeholder management.
