I am an experienced finance and strategy professional with a strong background in commercial and residential development projects. As the Managing Director at Sticks & Stones Homes, I designed operational and financial models, resulting in the successful development of over 1000 residential units and an annual turnover of $50m+. I have a proven track record of forecasting future growth prospects, managing capital requirements, and overseeing the entire process from conception to execution.

In addition to my real estate expertise, I have also made significant contributions to the independent film industry as the Founder of T.E.N. I specialized in motion picture production and financing, with notable credits including Road to Yesterday (2015) and Lionheart, which was Netflix's first original acquisition out of Africa and Nigeria's first Oscar Submission to the Academy.

During my time at Wells Fargo, I worked as an Analyst, where I analyzed stocks, mutual funds, and ETFs, providing recommendations to the investment team managing a portfolio of over $1.5 billion. I also played a key role in redesigning the financial model used to evaluate and analyze client portfolios, resulting in improved investment strategies and communication within the division.

As a Consultant at IMS Health, I evaluated operational and business strategies for clients, recommending restructuring improvements that streamlined workflow, improved operational efficiency, and increased financial performance. I led a team of analysts in developing detailed business requirements and process flows to support the integration of a new acquisition. Additionally, I built a statistical model to calculate monthly product pricing and conducted financial audits and issued reports.
