What I'm looking for

I'm seeking to bring strong process discipline, accuracy, and high-volume accounts payable experience to a growing finance and accounts team.

At Osource Global Pvt Ltd, I process 1,500+ accounts payable invoices each month with 94–96% accuracy and consistently exceed the company’s four-day turnaround standard.

I manage vendor creation, master data maintenance, and vendor payments exceeding ₹1 Cr while following internal controls. I also resolve vendor queries within one business day by coordinating clarifications and mandatory approvals.

I process employee reimbursements, manage and reconcile petty cash, and apply GST, IGST, and TDS knowledge to vendor invoices and payments. I prepare weekly client MIS reports on invoice status, payment cycles, and outstanding items using Advanced Excel and Microsoft Copilot.

Previously, I maintained day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting records for Rohit Family Salon and Spa. I bring close attention to detail, clear coordination, and disciplined handling of high transaction volumes.
