I’m a Price Analyst focused on event-driven pricing, specializing in Event Special Rate (ESR) analysis. I map high-attendance events to nearby parking inventory and implement tiered rate adjustments across Boston, Chicago, and Washington DC, using data to make pricing changes precise and defensible.

I build Python-based automation that replaces manual research and pricing workflows. I’ve developed multi-day, multi-event price change models, a geocode facility sorting approach for ESR targeting, and an event discovery agent that outputs structured Excel deliverables on a scheduled cadence, plus AirDNA demand spike analysis to detect demand surges tied to specific events.
