Leading the frontend engineering org at Zinnia, an insurance platform serving 40+ clients, responsible for building Zinnia Live UI which is a strategic initiative replacing the legacy system and consolidating all Zinnia features into a modern, unified React/TypeScript platform. Hired and scaled a 30-engineer frontend team from zero, built complete onboarding processes and reduced average ramp time

Implemented a Case Management System using Twilio Flex, a tool that the Operations team uses to manage Twilio accounts. In charge of automating the manual process for the Operations Team, handling the design, development, and deployment of products.

Designing end-to-end solutions by analyzing and forming General Architectural designs across platforms. Contributed to the development of the team and mentored other developers, worked on scaffolding for new projects, and estimated design and development effort for major projects.

Lead developer for Glider.ai's Assessment platform, led a team of 15 members (Developers and Quality Assurance), implemented best practices such as linting, code review standards, and CSS techniques, contributed to the design and development of features, and provided production support.

Client/Server-Side Architecture, jQuery Widgets/Frameworks, Spring for Client/Server Transactions, HighCharts Reports.

As the Core UI Developer, responsible for designing the Front End Architecture for many modules using the latest web technologies. Also responsible for Performance Optimization using Google Closure Compiler, RequireJS [r.js] and Agile Methodology (Scrum, TDD).

For this project, used Backbone, Underscore & RequireJS to create the core user interface. The goal of this project is to make assessments more powerful and personalized. It also involves reporting UI, grades, and social collaboration between students and instructors.
