I'm currently managing HR operations at Sai Point Group in Thane, including payroll implementation through SPINE HR Payroll Software, employee evaluations, legal compliance, and employee grievance handling.
I've supported government licence procedures, factory labour licences, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax inspections and challans, vendor coordination, housekeeping contracts, and administration work. I also maintain employee records covering joining, banking, PF, UAN, ESIC, and exit details.
Previously, I worked as a Business Developer at Flipkart Hub in Ulhasnagar, where I expanded business, trained new delivery executives, handled delivery-hub customer complaints, tracked shipments, and sent daily reports to the Area Manager.
My earlier HR roles at Choose Us Services, Eureka Outsourcing, and Maruti Suzuki Services included candidate interviews, recruitment support, Monster.com sourcing, employee training coordination, email communication, and daily reporting.
