At Cloudwerx Solutions India, I run the corporate finance apparatus for an Australian IT consultancy and its Australia, India, and New Zealand entities. I built the Salesforce, Xero, and Fathom reporting pipeline, cutting month-end close from six days to three.
I lead group budgeting, rolling forecasts, treasury, cash-flow forecasting, consolidation, management reporting, and RFP margin reviews. I partner with the CFO, co-founders, and department heads to turn EBITDA, gross margin, utilization, working-capital, and project profitability data into practical decisions across 50+ active projects.
