Hi! I’m Cheryl, a bookkeeper with more than 3 years of experience helping clients keep their accounting data organized and their finances on track. I’m certified in Quickbooks and Xero, and I focus on turning daily bookkeeping work into clear, reliable numbers for my clients. I handle essentials end-to-end, from uploading bank transactions to preparing balance sheet and Profit and Loss reports.

In my accounting role, I managed financial data entry, uploading bank transactions, sales, invoices, and creating bills. I perform categorization and bank reconciliation to maintain healthy cash flow, and I take care of accounts payables and accounts receivables. I also do payroll and set up tax, then prepare financial reports including P/L reports and balance sheet.

Before accounting, I worked as a Sales Representative, which strengthened my customer service and communication skills through day-to-day client transactions. I bring that same client-focused mindset to bookkeeping—being responsive, organized, and consistent with how I support every task. My goal is to help businesses grow by keeping their accounts accurate, up to date, and easy to understand.
