I am a detail-oriented bookkeeper and finance coordinator with hands-on experience in bank reconciliation, budget monitoring, expense tracking, and preparing documentation for audits. I ensure accurate financial processes and clear vendor interactions.

In my current role as Finance Coordinator at International Care Ministries Foundation, I monitor monthly cash outflows to prevent budget overruns, reconcile payments and deposits in Xero, and prepare receipts and logs for audit.

Previously, as a Bookkeeper at Compassion Philippines, I recorded budget and actual expenses in our bookkeeping app, checked receipts and liquidations, and reconciled bank statements to maintain reliable records.

I also coordinated community education efforts, training volunteers and ensuring timely submission and interpretation of collected data. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and certifications in QuickBooks Bookkeeper and QuickBooks Pro Adviser Level 1.
