I've led finance and strategy across Deliveroo, Just Eat Takeaway, ASOS, and Global Fashion Group, owning P&L, FP&A, forecasting, and financial governance across multi-country operations.
At Global Fashion Group, I partnered with the Group CTO on a circa €100m technology cost base and delivered roughly 30% savings through vendor rationalisation and global SaaS and cloud contract consolidation. I also led a capitalisation review that increased capitalisation rates from roughly 15% to 40% by improving time-tracking processes across LATAM.
I now run FORC Advisory alongside fractional Finance Director engagements, helping Series A to C technology companies connect cloud, SaaS, AI, vendor, and development-spend decisions to business outcomes.
