I've designed interfaces for Swiss Smyze AG's robotic bar and kiosk, ordering app, and corporate website, translating complex machine states, timing, and errors into real-time interfaces readable at a glance. I also led the move from a native app to a web client and removed login, reducing weekly support complaints from around 50 to under 10.

As a freelance UX designer, I've built travel, healthcare, restaurant, and luxury jewellery concepts from information architecture and user flows to high-fidelity Figma designs and live Framer sites. I work closely with engineers, create shared component libraries and standardised interaction patterns, and enjoy making deeply nested, data-heavy information clear and efficient.
