Chavda Divyaraj

I've completed Doctor of Medicine training at AMA School of Medicine, where I built practical foundations in patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, preventive healthcare, and clinically informed medical writing.

During medical clerkship rotations at Pasay City General Hospital, I documented patient histories, physical findings, and treatment plans across community medicine, internal medicine, surgery, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, pathology, and radiology. I maintained patient charts and EMR records while collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to support continuity of care.

At the National Center for Mental Health, I conducted and documented psychiatric assessments and mental status examinations, prepared case notes, and supported inpatient, outpatient, and emergency services with confidentiality and empathy.

I've also supported Philippine Red Cross health outreach through patient intake, vital-sign recording, triage, follow-up coordination, and health education. My research on job satisfaction among barangay health workers strengthened my research design, data collection, and analytical writing skills.
