I completed a Medical Scribe & Clinical Documentation training program (Medcore Mentors) with an “Excellent” performance rating, and I’ve practiced real-time, structured documentation workflows. Using OpenEMR simulations, I executed a 50+ case SOAP note portfolio covering HPI, ROS, and A&P across Cardiology, Pediatrics, Respiratory Medicine, and Primary Care.
