I am a Senior Project and Program Manager with over 20 years of experience in the Manufacturing and IT industries. Holding an MBA, PMP, BIT, and Engineering degree, I specialize in Project & Program Management, Business Process Management (BPM), and PMO design. My extensive background has equipped me with a thorough understanding of managing large, multicultural teams across various geographical locations.

In my recent role as a Senior Program Manager at IFS, I successfully managed the IFS.ai program, focusing on AI productivity improvement initiatives and the implementation of an AI governance framework. My previous experience includes leading SAP PM implementations and overseeing significant projects that improved factory mold quality and reduced supply chain lead times. I am passionate about driving transformation and change management, ensuring that organizations achieve their strategic objectives.
