What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build production software and machine learning systems where I can apply cheminformatics, data science, and full-stack development skills while growing through practical engineering work.

I built an end-to-end machine learning pipeline for Drug-Induced Liver Injury prediction, transforming FDA DILIst molecular data into production-ready features using Python, RDKit, and DeepChem.

For my honours thesis, I developed and evaluated a heterogeneous stacked ensemble model that achieved a peak AUC-ROC of 0.745. I enjoy translating cheminformatics research into reusable, well-structured software.

I've also built full-stack web and mobile projects including a Japanese tutoring app, MERN blogging platform, community application, and live stock-charting tool. My experience spans React, Node.js, Django, Flutter, databases, data visualization, and quality-focused data analysis.
