What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote role in event coordination, virtual assistance, or marketing support.

At Il Gattopardo, Bar des Prés, 1920 Luxury Bar, and Horizon 52, I coordinate events across four premium venues at ICD Brookfield Place. I prepare event proposals, timelines, floor plans, and operational runsheets, and coordinate with clients, internal teams, and vendors.

I also create event marketing materials in Canva and coordinate email and social media promotions. From client inquiry through post-event follow-up, I manage the event lifecycle and prepare reports on guest feedback, revenue outcomes, and operational efficiencies.

Previously, at Josette, I coordinated private dining events and corporate bookings and used SevenRooms to manage guest profiles and reservations. My experience also includes store operations at Itan Lounge and front office and guest services at The District Hotel.
