I designed an Oracle APEX platform connecting suppliers, agreements, funding, approvals, and reporting. It delivered 2.5x faster processing and 90% fewer email approvals; I also reduced subcontractor risk 40% and eliminated $3M+ in supplier risk.

At Cerner Government Services, I ran financial controls for 36 subcontractors and built Government Furnished Equipment controls from scratch. I now build contract and operations tools through independent projects, including a licensing CRM and a desktop Operations Command Center.
