I'm leading nationwide facilities, property, and project management at Alternative Behavioral Strategies (ABS Kids), building scalable programs across a multi-state portfolio. I manage Regional Facility Managers and partner with executive leadership on safety, compliance, capital planning, procurement, and CapEx/OpEx processes.
I built an enterprise preventive maintenance and CMMS strategy to strengthen operational consistency and asset reliability.
Previously, I directed facilities across a 650-acre Northgate Resorts property, managing maintenance, vendors, fleet, projects, CMMS, and compliance. At CBRE supporting the Facebook Data Center, I managed mission-critical infrastructure, commissioning, KPIs, vendor management, and SLA performance.
My foundation includes leading maintenance teams and high-risk projects for the 1/75th Ranger Regiment, U.S. Army. I bring experience across corporate real estate, critical facilities, data centers, multi-site operations, and safety-focused facility leadership.
