I'm pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at Southern New Hampshire University while bringing hands-on experience from Walmart, Family Entertainment Group, Bellevue Manufacturing, and Kalahari Resorts.
At Walmart, I use a retail inventory system to track sales and manage inventory, support customers with billing, and earned a Customer Service Champion Award.
As an Arcade Supervisor at Family Entertainment Group, I trained and supervised 10 staff members, introduced training procedures that improved performance, and managed software updates for arcade games and POS registers.
I've also managed teams, schedules, budgets, standard operating procedures, quality inspections, and computerized hydraulic press operations.
