What I'm looking for

I’m open to consultancies and programme roles in livestock and aquatic food systems, farmer capacity building, programme coordination, and knowledge management—building practical, inclusive, climate-smart solutions across Africa and beyond.

I work at the intersection of livestock systems, smallholder farmers, and sustainable food systems in Kenya. In 2023, I founded Achani Animal Feeds (later incorporated as Achani Group Limited in 2024), a social enterprise supplying quality, affordable animal feeds and training farmers in climate-smart feeding practices that improve productivity and incomes while conserving natural resources.

Through Achani, I’ve designed and delivered farmer training and extension sessions, served as a keynote resource person at Kiambaa Dairy Cooperative extension forums, and built a formal partnership with the Kiambu County Government to train women farmers and supply chick feed under a governor-led women’s empowerment programme. I also lead communications for a large urban institution—managing digital platforms and documenting outreach—and previously served with the Nairobi County Government’s Public Health Department, conducting field surveillance and producing structured reports for the Ministry of Health.
