What I'm looking for

I am seeking senior leadership roles where I can design and scale youth-focused programs, lead cross-sector partnerships, and drive measurable impact in agribusiness, education, and digital skills.

I am a founder and executive leader with 10+ years of experience designing and scaling alternative education pathways and youth-centered programs across agribusiness, digital skills, and leadership development.

I built and led MELMAX FARM FRESH, securing performance-based financing from the World Bank, creating 30+ green jobs, and training women and young agripreneurs; I also founded Kingdom Leadership Group to deliver training, mentorship, and capacity strengthening for youth-led organizations across Africa.

I have partnered with organizations including Mastercard Foundation, IREX, Arizona State University, and the Ban Ki-Moon Center to deliver remote work and entrepreneurship training, develop SEO content courses, and produce measurable M&E-informed improvements in learning and employment outcomes.
